Under supply contract #2024-114: a 30% advance on order placement, the balance within 20 business days of acceptance. The late-payment penalty is 0.1% per day, capped at 10% of the order value. Delivery within 15 business days of the advance clearing.

Per current price lists: SteelService 1,180 ₸/m, Temir-Steel 1,240 ₸/m, KazMetProm 1,310 ₸/m. SteelService is the cheapest, but only Temir-Steel offers deferred payment under contract #2024-114, which works out better given the current cash gap.
