Manufacturing Group

An operational audit that found where time and money were leaking, and a roadmap that put the fixes in order.

A mid-market manufacturer felt its operations getting slower and costlier as it grew but couldn't say where. Processes lived in people's heads, vendor spend had crept up over years, and no one had checked whether the data was ready for the automation everyone kept raising.

We ran an operational audit. We mapped the core processes, costed where time and money were leaking, reviewed vendor and tooling spend for overlap, and assessed data and AI readiness. The result was a prioritized roadmap: what to fix first, what to automate, and what to leave alone, each with a business case.

Operational audit findings and a prioritized digital roadmap
Audit to roadmap
  • A clear, mapped picture of where time and money were actually going.
  • A prioritized roadmap instead of a list of wishes.
  • Vendor and tooling spend trimmed where it overlapped.
  • Data and AI readiness assessed before a tenge went into it.
