A private, branded AI assistant for the whole company: every department with its own, answering from the company's own documents inside a closed environment.
A mid-market company had staff quietly paying for ChatGPT out of pocket: confidential documents pasted into a public tool, no shared company context, and no way for leadership to see who used what. They wanted the capability without the data exposure or the scattered bill.
We stood up a private, branded AI environment for the whole company. Each department got an assistant pre-configured for its work — production, sales, procurement, accounting, management — and the company's own manuals, regulations, and price lists became the knowledge base, so answers came with the source cited. It ran in a closed environment with a signed data-protection agreement, nothing used for model training, and opengate hosted it, covered the token costs, and kept the knowledge base current.
