Internal operations portal with a live analytics layer over the POS system.

A growing hospitality operator whose day-to-day coordination ran on spreadsheets and chat threads. As volume grew, order handoffs between the floor and the kitchen and visibility into stock became the bottleneck, while the data already flowing through the POS system went unused.

We built an internal operations portal the staff run from the phones they already carry. Orders, live stock, and daily checklists sit in one place, connected to the back office and to an analytics layer on top of the POS system that turns out sales, warehouse, and supplier reports on demand. It fits the team's existing routine instead of replacing it.
