A business-intelligence platform for a multi-venue hospitality group: POS data turned into reports the team can slice any way it needs, live on every manager's phone.
A multi-venue operator was running the group on spreadsheets and chat while the data moving through its POS sat unused. As the group grew, stock and order handoffs got messy and performance only surfaced weeks later, compiled by hand, so decisions were always one report behind.
We built a business-intelligence platform that ingests the group's POS data into a single analytics model of its own. From there the numbers cut across almost any relation: revenue by menu position, by supplier, by venue, by hour or weekday; margin by category; a menu matrix ranking dishes by margin against volume; stock movement against reorder timing. An automated operational layer runs on the same model: reorder timing, dead stock, and supplier price-creep are detected and flagged before they eat the margin, while B2B order intake and guided stock transfers feed straight into the POS back office with no manual re-entry. Everything is role-based and built for the phone, so every manager runs the day from the dashboard already in their pocket.
This approach became a standalone product: operational analytics for iiko-run venues. Product: opengate F&B
