Per engagement, after the audit. Scope, the systems involved and how much of the work your own team takes on all move the number, so we do not publish a price list. The audit itself is quoted up front.
Usually, yes. Most of what we build sits on top of an existing ERP, POS or accounting system. Replacing a core system is a decision the audit has to justify.
You do, from the first line of code. Data stays inside your perimeter, we work only with the access you grant, and documentation comes with the code. Where regulation requires it, the whole system runs inside your own infrastructure.
During the audit, we need a few hours with the people who actually run the process and read access to the relevant systems. During the pilot and scale, we need one person who can make decisions. It is usually less than clients expect.
