AI, automation, engineering, design, and advisory — in one team. We build the technology enterprises run on.
Data analysis and AI that optimize the business and technological processes of large enterprises. Built and run in production.
We build and scale the technology businesses run on — from enterprise system integration and cloud platforms to web and mobile applications.
We work inside your business to find where money and time are being lost, then fix it. Cost analysis, process redesign, digital roadmaps, implementation.
We work with large enterprises wherever their data has to stay, across industries including holdings, banks, industrial groups, retail and hospitality networks. What we have actually shipped is under selected work.
Two to three weeks. We map how work actually moves through your business, which steps still run on manual effort, and what your systems already hold. You get a written diagnostic with a ranked list of what to change and what each change is worth.
Four to eight weeks. We take the highest-value item from the audit and build it as working software, in production, on your data. The scope is narrow on purpose: it has to prove the number before anyone commits to a platform.
Once the pilot holds up, we extend it across departments and systems and hand over documentation and access. From there it is either a fixed scope or a monthly retainer, depending on how much you want to run in-house.
With the audit. It is a paid, scoped piece of work with its own deliverable, and it is the only way we can quote the rest honestly. Nothing beyond it is committed until you have read it.
Per engagement, after the audit. Scope, the systems involved, and how much of the work your own team takes on all move the number, so we do not publish a price list. The audit itself is quoted up front.
Usually, yes. Most of what we build sits on top of an existing ERP, POS, or accounting system. Replacing a core system is a decision the audit has to justify.
You do. Data stays inside your own perimeter, and code and documentation are handed over at the end of the engagement. Where regulation requires it, the whole system can run inside your own infrastructure.
During the audit, a few hours from the people who actually run the process, plus read access to the relevant systems. During delivery, one person who can make decisions. It is usually less than clients expect.
