We build the team the way a club builds a squad. Some seats need someone who has already done the job at a high level, and we go and find that person. Others are a draft: we look for talent early, give it real work, and coach it.
That is why the list below mixes salaried roles with internships. Both are seats on the same team and both are judged the same way, on what you ship and how you think about it. Two of the open roles are salaried; five are unpaid internships.

We are looking for someone who owns the whole cycle: finds the opportunity, runs the conversation and closes it. You write the commercial proposal yourself rather than handing it to someone else, you have taken a tender from documentation to submission, and you are comfortable selling to an enterprise buyer.
