We build the team the way a club builds a squad. Some seats need someone who has already done the job at a high level, and we go and find that person. Others are a draft: we look for talent early, give it real work, and coach it.
That is why the list below mixes salaried roles with internships. Both are seats on the same team and both are judged the same way, on what you ship and how you think about it. Two of the open roles are salaried; five are unpaid internships.
We are looking for someone who owns the whole cycle: finds the opportunity, runs the conversation and closes it. You write the commercial proposal yourself rather than handing it to someone else, you have taken a tender from documentation to submission, and you are comfortable selling to an enterprise buyer.

The whole sales cycle, tenders included. You will build and qualify target-account lists, work public tenders end to end — from reading the notice to submitting — and keep the record of what happened to each one. We care that you can say why an account is worth pursuing, not only that it is on the list.

AI, ML and data, on real reporting rather than exercises. You will reconcile figures that ought to agree, work out why they do not, and say plainly what makes a number trustworthy. Python, pandas and SQL are the tools; the judgement about denominators, periods and comparison bases is the work.

Off-site authority, social content, website content, SEO and AEO. You will publish — on our own channels and on platforms where a company has to earn its listing — and then measure whether it moved anything. Ranking in search and being cited in an AI answer are two different jobs, and you will work on both.

Full-stack, back end and front end, on a production website and internal tooling. TypeScript, React, Next.js and Postgres. You will work on a branch and open a pull request, and nothing merges until the checks pass and it has been reviewed.
